By using this website or enrolling in any Monarch Mothers program, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or enroll in the program.
Monarch Mothers is a fitness and recovery program. It is not medical care and is not a substitute for advice from your physician, midwife, or pelvic floor physical therapist. You agree to consult with your healthcare provider before beginning the program, especially during pregnancy and the postpartum period.
Enrollment is offered on a rolling basis and payment is due at the time of enrollment. You have 72 hours from the moment of purchase to request a full refund for any reason. After that window, enrollment is non-refundable once your planning call with Ciara has happened, or once program content has been delivered — whichever comes first. Pregnancy loss is a full-refund exception at any point in the program.
Program materials — including videos, written content, and the forever protocol — are for your personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared with anyone outside your household.
Monarch Mothers and Ciara Barker are not liable for any injury or harm arising from your participation in the program, to the fullest extent permitted by law. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are participating at your own risk and assume responsibility for following the guidance of your healthcare providers.
We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version is always posted on this page.
